Special Delivery: Sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All orders must be placed before 12 noon for this next day delivery service, otherwise they will be despatched on the following working day Mon-Fri. This service will require a signature. Please also include your phone number on your order.
International orders: Please contact us for a price for overseas orders. Prices will be calculated according to weight.

Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase and enjoy wearing it but if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days to return it to us unused and in its original packaging and we will refund you or exchange it for you. We regret that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept return of earrings.
How to return an item to us
You can either email or phone us with your order no., name, address and phone no explaining whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please also tell us your reason for returning the item as this will help us with our quality standards and customer service. Unfortunately postage cannot be refunded.
Please return the item, no matter how small, in a padded envelope as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during posting to us. You may also wish to obtain proof of posting from the post office, for your own peace of mind, as you will be able to make a claim from Royal Mail if your parcel does not reach us.
